Entering our website does not imply that the user is required to provide any personal information. Should the user provide such personal information, the data collected in this site will be used with the purpose, in the manner and with such limitations and rights as set forth in Organic Act 15/1999 On  the Protection of Personal Data, as contained in Act 62/2003 dated December 30th. The information provided by the users will be inserted in personal files in MAGEI's custody, and MAGEI will comply with its obligation of providing previous notice to the Data Protection Agency on the creation of personal files, as well as notifying the agency regarding changes related to the purpose of the automatic files, involving the person responsible and the location address. The General Data Protection Register will register the files and make the necessary adjustments as required.

In the same manner, MAGEI will take all security measures necessary regarding the files and the information contained therein, according to that set forth in the Data Protection Act.

Users providing personal data hereby irrevocably consent to such data being entered into the files containing personal data in custody of MAGEI, as well as to the computer processing or not of same so that these can be used by MAGEI for commercial, financial, personalizing,operational and statistical purposes, as well as regarding activities contained in MAGEI's corporate purpose. MAGEI may keep such information after concluding all relationship with the user so as to  comply with its legal obligations.

MAGEI  will delete the collected data when such is no longer necessary or pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected or registered.

Should such collected data be used for a purpose different from that for which it was collected or obtained, previous consent from the parties involved must be obtained.

MAGEI has taken the technical and organizational measures necessary so as to guarantee the security and integrity of the data, as well as to prevent non-authorized  alteration, loss, processing or access.

Users with processed data may freely exercise the right to oppose, access, request information, correct and  delete their personal information and may revoke their authorization without retroactive effect  within the terms set forth in Organic Act 15/1999 On the Protection of Personal Data, in agreement with the legally established procedures. Such rights may me exercised in writing to MAGEI.

When collecting data, it will be stated that such is either voluntary or obligatory. Refusal to provide the data indicated as compulsory will entail not rendering or the impossibility of accessing the service for which such was required. Also, voluntary data may be provided so that the services offered may be provided in the optimum manner.

Should the users of this website need to provide their email address to access some of the services offered, they may indicate that they do not wish to receive any communications sent by MAGEI, providing it is not strictly linked to the purpose for which the service was requested. MAGEI will make available to the registered users of this website’s mailing list, the adequate mechanisms to unsubscribe from same.
